2. How do I book an event with Jolie Events?
You can book an event via the booking section on our website, if you are having technical difficulties please contact us at 614-779-2825 or via our Instagram page @Jolieevents._. We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance to ensure availability.

3. What is your booking policy?
We require a 50% deposit to secure your event booking. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due prior to the event date.

4. What payment methods do you accept?
For your convenience, we accept payments via Zelle and Apple Pay.

5. Can I customize my event package?
Absolutely! We work closely with our clients to customize each event package according to their preferences and vision. Let us know your specific needs, and we will tailor our services to meet them.

6. Do you offer refunds?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. However, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our services. If you have any concerns, please contact us, and we will do our best to address them.

We primarily serve the Columbus, OH area, but we are open to discussing events in surrounding areas. Please contact us to inquire about availability for your location.
